For over a century Native Indian Tribes (First Nations in Canada) were locked down on what were often postage stamp sized reserves (bands) under Bureau of Indian Affairs (Northern and Aboriginal Affairs, INAC) under pass laws. The removal of Aboriginal peoples from their lands took place under the Dawes Act (Dominion Act in Canada). Indigenous people needed permission from Indian Agents, Farm Instructors, Governors, Police Chiefs and others to be allowed to travel off their assigned reserves (bands). There were penalties for disobeying.
Coronavirus is being used to coral people into similar reserve-ghettos. This was done to Jewish People generations ago in Europe. The Ghetto of Venice was the prototype for this. At sundown Jews had to return to a small section of Venice where they lived. A gatekeeper would then come with a key and lock the gate which held them inside.
